Each tail comes fitted with a premium stainless split ring and a light metal connector, making it quick and easy to attach to your fly harness. The connection is thread wrapped and sealed with heat shrink, protecting the thread from fish teeth and keeping the tail secure during aggressive strikes.
The soft tail material produces a strong side-to-side wiggle in the water, giving your fly extra life and vibration that helps trigger reaction bites from Murray cod.
Important: The metal connector is designed to attach to the main fly harness only. It is not intended to support a hook directly off the back of the tail.
